Two-step application and credentialing process

  1. Become a state-approved Washington programs provider:
    To learn more about this process, please refer to the Enroll as a Provider guidelines on the Washington State Health Care Authority website.
  2. Become a Wellpoint provider:
    1. Navigate to https://www.availity.com
    2. After logging in, select Payer Spaces.
    3. Select the Wellpoint Washington, Inc. logo.
    4. Select Applications, then Provider Enrollment.
